Over 100 species of birds and waterfowl have been observed here at the ranch.  The current owners regularly observe nesting or feeding by the Bald Eagle, Golden Eagle, Peregrine Falcon, Osprey, Northern Goshawk, herons, egrets, Spotted Owls, and a variety of other owls.  Many duck species, hawks, familiar game birds, as well as song and garden birds are also home to this ranch.

This Bobcat was recently photographed on the property.  Roosevelt Elk, Black Tail Deer, mountain lion, Northern River Otter, beaver, black bear, and a variety of other mammals visit regularly.

The ponds and streams are home to the Western Pond Turtle, Red-legged Frog, Pacific Giant Salamander, Olympic Salamander, and many others.

The springs and ponds provide ample water supply for livestock, wildlife, and any homestead activity.

Many seasonal towering waterfalls line the road and trail system.
